Sarah read law at Cambridge before joining the firm in 2011. She has a varied client base which includes sectors such as food and drink, cosmetics, and several heritage brands. Sarah is experienced in all aspects of trade mark prosecution including clearance searches, devising worldwide filing programmes and handling any official or third party objections.

She is also involved in contentious matters and has a particular interest in non-traditional trade marks such as three-dimensional marks as well as litigation conducted through the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC). Sarah is a member of CITMA and has published articles on the implications of particular trade mark cases.  Sarah regularly speaks about trade mark matters at business events and seminars.
